About us:

We are a well-functioning parent cooperative located in Slagsta/Eskilstuna.

The preschool accommodates 25 children aged 1–5 years. You will be part of a team of a total of 5 full-time employees.

Our wonderful indoor and outdoor environment stimulates imaginative play, development, and joyful learning.

We strive to ensure that all children, guardians, and staff are in a safe and calming environment.

Qualifications we desire:

· We are looking for an engaged, positive, and responsible childcare worker who wants to help develop our operations together with us.

· You are a qualified childcare worker.

· You have previous experience in preschool.

· You have good communication skills.

· You are familiar with the preschool curriculum.

· You are expected to work from a democratic approach.

· You are a responsible person with good collaboration skills and flexibility in your work.

· You are expected to plan, document, and evaluate various activities both individually and together with your colleagues.

· You have a genuine interest in children's development and learning.

· You have a professional and warm approach towards everyone at the preschool and want to build good relationships with both children, guardians, and colleagues.

· You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Within the preschool, you must, according to law (2000:873), present an extract from the criminal record. You can obtain the application form at http://polisen.se/ (http://polisen.se/). Order in good time as it usually takes a couple of weeks to receive the extract by mail.

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
